Fiore Wood Fired Pizza

They were at the food truck festival we went to tonight. Operated the whole thing out of a converted truck. Good under carriage, minimal flop, good crunch, and really good sauce.

They catered a wedding. Was better than I expected. Solid crust lacking on the sauce though.
