“Express” was the general feel of the whole pie, not great crust. Seemed undercooked, at some points I would taste something confusing and I wasn’t sure where or what it was coming from. Overall not good might be better when very fresh and right out of the oven. Pretty floppy and very soft crust when it seemed like it shouldn’t.
