Fiorentina Pizzeria and Grill

This spot is now Roma's pizza. The Sicilian slice is serviceable, just the right thickness, and crunch. The sauce is ok but not outstanding. 7.2 The pepperoni one on the right is made with a nice spicy sauce, but with no cheese. I sprinkled parmesean on top to fix that. That slice was a total flavor bomb. 7.5.

Good crunch good sauce. Your slightly above average slice

Upside down slice. They use sweeter sauce which I don’t like so eat bite hit my pallet with sweetness. The reheated slice was barely noticeable. I tried looking past the Luke warm pizza but it wasn’t great at all. The crust was crunchy which helped power through some of the pizza bites.

No flop and solid flavor.

Your basic, middle of the fairway NY slice; can’t go wrong
