Fiori's Pizzaria

Classic old school Pittsburgh pizza. Reminds me a lot of Mineos. Toppings tucked under the mountain of cheese. The sauce is flavorful. Dough is on the thicker side, firm but not crispy. I don’t think the classic PGH pizza spots rank very well compared to other parts of the country but the newer pizza scene in this city has some real gems

Excellent pizza. Great crisp, flavors and quality. A little grease - but I love that.

Great sauce, great crust. The cheese is good but super greasy. Lots of flop. If the undercarriage was a little crispier & it was less greasy, this might be in the 9’s. Parking is bananaville but it’s one of the pies in the city.

Grease overload. That’s really the best way to describe Fiori’s. Sauce is a bit sweet. Crust is amazing. The low quality of cheese probably leads to the grease pit that ensues after one bite. The place itself needs a makeover, it’s a bit too grimy inside.

Not the most flattering picture, but great pizza. The sauce is sweet, not overly sweet. Crust has solid crunch to it. The only downfall is a bit too much flop, and way too greasy. Otherwise, phenomenal.

Great toppings, great crunch of the crust, could’ve been cooked a little longer, all around a great pizza though.

A sloppy pizza. You could tell there wasn't much care about with my pie. Overall good pie. Reheat is where it is at for me

The sauce is a little too sweet for me but still really good. Great Pittsburgh pizza.

Pepperoni calzone. The sweet sauce comes in a large bowl which is awesome and cheese is really good. They stay busy. This neighborhood loves them and I can see why.

Very good pizza. Sauce had great flavor and nothing beats fresh mozzarella! We brought it home which took 20 minutes and that let the cheese really settle which isn't always a good thing due to it becoming very thick and hard, but still very good. Must have if your in the area.

Shout out to the lovely lady inside that so kindly let me use the bathroom immediately after the old man pizza boss came out and yelled at all the employees and I was scared like I work there lol legendary pizza spot delicious food grade employees I highly recommend it must stop if you’re in Pittsburgh or anywhere near.
