Fiori's Pizzaria

Ordered two pizzas, one white sauce with pepperoni and one red sauce with pepperoni. It took confirming with the cashier 6 times before it was understood what we wanted. Never got the second pizza as they made a red sauce with pepperoni and mushrooms. I refused the second pizza as the first told me what to expect already. I ate two slices of the red sauce and it had just globs of uncooked flour ruining any little flavor it had. The sauce was sweet and if the first pizza had been cooked correctly my best rating I could give would be a 5.1

Really good cheese blend, fruity sauce but doughy without crisp. Best in PIT however

Traditional Cheese Pizza - Not really my style of pizza and didn’t expect much going in but it caught me by suprise. Was a sourdough crust that was crispy, tasted unbelievable, and honestly was one of the best crusts I’ve ever had. Definitely carried the score. Sauce was sweet tasting but nothing special. Cheese was a little heavy making it a bit too greasy and floppy.

I’m not even sure how this is in the 7’s but this is hight 8’s to low 9’s all day long. I asked for light cheese well done and that is exactly what they made me. Crispy flakey crust, great crunch, no slop no flop, great sauce and flavor, very well executed on every aspect. Very satisfied!

Some of the best crust I’ve ever had. Sweet (but not too sweet) sauce and crispy crispy crispy! Drove almost an hour and well worth it!

Calibrating my scale- who knew a 7.8 would be this good? Old school vibe, hottest pizza I’ve ever had- crispy base and crust , heavy topping. Greasy in a good way. I would go back for sure.

This pizza has some of the sweetest sauce around. It’s a heavy pizza with a tons of cheese. Because of the heaviness there is a lot of flop. Tastes amazing.

Super greasy, my hands feel like I just changed the oil in my truck, extra minute or so wouldn’t of hurt in my opinion, I’d like to see a little less flop but also little heavier on the cheese, I like cheese but for some I could see that as an issue

Not bad but overrated in the burgh. Not enough sauce, no crisp, nothing special about the cheese. Cool old school spot though. If I lived in the neighborhood I’d get it often but not worth seeking out IMO.

Major flop, sauce on the sweeter side, nice sauce to cheese ratio, crust was good, could have been in the oven an additional couple minutes

Vibes inside the restaurant were awesome. The cheese and sauce were both good but the undercarriage was too floppy. The crust was just okay.

This is my 9th pizza review today and Fiori’s was by far the best. Fresh mozzarella! Fresh tangy yet sweet sauce. PERFECT crunch to the crust and not over greasy. Don’t walk, RUN TO GET A SLICE!!!!

Fantastic pie. Best pizza we’ve had on our pizza tour so far by a long shot. If you’re in Pittsburgh, this is a must have pie. It’s a bar below New Haven, but above just about everything else.
