Fire & Hops Pizza

Good sauce, great cheese and little too much flop, not nearly enough crisp.

I’m not sure if this type of description is allowed, but it was a hot casual. Toppings flavors that meshed well with the flamed-oven tang on the crush and cheese, although the crust didn’t carry strong flavor or snap on the top. This was a great pie with sporty flavor, but structurally coming in a little soft and limp.

Pizza is very fresh and light, crust has a great char and crisp. Flavor profile is pretty standard for a Neapolitan pie.

People coming here have been understating the pizza. Its good stuff

Very middle of the road. I would only get this if I was drinking at the restaurant and really wanted pizza I would otherwise order wings or something besides this pizza.

Front end a lil floppy - crust better at the back edge - tomato sauce pretty good

I don’t like the number of burnt spots on crest but it has a good flavor. Excellent toppings!!

One of the best pies I’ve had in Richmond. Great sauce. No Flop, great crunch.

The first 3 inches of each slice is only ok, the last 2 inches are fucking awesome. Crust is the strength of this one. Loses a few points due to way too much grease/flop.

Large variety of speciality pizza, the cheese is great, just wish the crust was a little crispier.
