Kinda long wait but won’t hold it against them. Solid stuff - minimal flop, not overly oily, lots of distinct fresh flavor. I will say the sauce, while distinct is a little tangy for my liking (prefer some sweetness). Not much crisp on the undercarriage of this pie either. All in all, solid stuff, what threw it off for me on this was mostly the sauce

Delicious wood fired pizza. Slight flop, not greasy. Crispy charred but not burnt crust. Maybe 30 seconds less in the oven. That would give it an 8.1.
