Fire House Pizza

Sauce had “ok” flavor, crust was soft, cheese was “ok”. Tons of flop. In my opinion, too pricy or a pie. Staff is as nice and showed the pizza to me when I picked it up and the restaurant was very clean with a 98 rating.

The flavor was not bad... but they puncture the dough with a roller, and put the toppings below the cheese. So all of the grease and sauce leak out under the dough. Super greasy and flop is worse than a soccer player.

The cheese was thicker than the crust. Love the big pie, good party pizza.
