Standard gluten crust review. I really wanted to like this little pizza shop tucked away in Chewelah, WA, but the pizza was not great. The crust had some char which tasted really good but the crust was extremely chewy and doughy. Toppings and sauce were not that great. Also, the pie is maybe 10” across and it cost over $20! A little step for what it was. With some changes I think they can provide a better pie.
