Fired Up Pizza

I am a unf collage student and just moved to Jacksonville this year. I am a big pizza guy and have tried multiple places here in Jax and so far this has been my favorite pizza by far. Go check this spot out!!!

Soggy soft with serious flop and terrible sauce. Looked like it was microwaved but tasted a tad bit better.

This place is combined with a Larry’s Sub shop and has a pretty cool vibe. Open patio and decent bar. The pie was served as ordered which is crispy. No flop. The cheese was kind of runny and tasted like parmigiana. Not bad for a bar pie.

Top notch for the area. Hits all the spots; is light enough to enjoy and full enough to satisfy, while maintaining a great taste

Way underrated. I’ve had it all and this is quality pizza!

Very thin, good undercarriage but somethings missing that I can’t really put my finger on. I like it but I don’t love it. The flavor needs to grow a pair, specifically in the sauce. You can tell the technique that went into cooking this was professional. This is the kind of pie you could annihilate solo after a night on the town. Good, not great.

Really good, a little crunchier crust would have done it but delicious!

This stuff is worth driving to… we went with the 10” which we believe may have held back the score. Funky cheese. Tangy sauce. Just needed more of the dough… again… probably an 8.5 if we went 14”

Not good pizza. Sauce has no flavor.

After 4 days in nyc... I thought coming back to jax would be a huge letdown... pleasantly surprised to find this nice place. Great tasting sauce with zing. If the crust was a tad bit crispier I would have brought it closer to a 7.5

The pizza was so expensive and the quality was not great. It was very greasy and the bottom was undercooked.

Super expensive for a tiny pizza and its not even good.

Overall wow. Best Neapolitan pizza I’ve ever had. All three were so good. I actually ate these a few months back and forget to leave a review, so I can’t go in depth. I do recall the white being my favorite and giving it an all time high score of 8.3 and I’m a New York slice kind of guy. All three very solid

No flop which is good, it’s thin with a good bit of grease which I’m not a fan of and a good crust. The reason the score was brought down to a 7 2 is the sauce just not having enough flavor or prominence and the cheese being a bit odd and not my thing

EXCELLENT pizza. Flavor of crust is pretty amazing. If it was a little crispier the score would 9+

Good crisp crust. Little to no flop. Quality cheese but sauce didn’t have the pow tang I like. Good pie though.

Decent pizza. Low on oil and sauce.

Good pizza little grease would of been closer to even 8.0 if it was a little more crunchy.
