Good pie

Would be an 8.4 if it wasn't so floppy. Amazing ingredients, could use a little more sauce, which im sure would be available upon request. I put it on my Pizzazz on the lower element setting to crisp the bottom crust and definitely an 8.4 then

Light, flavorful, and not too greasy. Very good Neapolitan

Quite thin, pretty floppy. Can tell its cooked in a nice oven but it got quite charred. A little too charred for my liking. Had to pick some off the crust. If tastes pretty well tho. Not too bad

Probably the best pizza you’ll find in ND (at least from what I’ve experienced so far). Very good brick oven wood fire pizza with fresh ingredients. What detracted from the score was the sauce was light - nonexistent leaving the overall taste below the top pies ive had. In addition, the nice char taste you love from the brick oven only came out in the crust due having a really thin inner section. Regardless, this was still a very good Neapolitan pie and is a must try for ND. 8.4, that’s the review!

Lots of flop but that’s a really, really good pie. I was so much more impressed than I expected.
