Super good pizza high quality ingredients cooked with a good quality oven one of the best pizzas I've had

Damn this could have used another minute in the oven, so close to having the right crisp. Would have been there with the extra time. One question also why the huge chunks of raw Jalapeños? Any place I've every requested them, them have thinly sliced cooked pieces.
