Good crisp, cheesy, pretty greasy, very tangy sauce

Crispy and great tasting crust! This is one of the best pizzas in Fort Worth!

Decent tasting pie, I split the Triple Roni with my wife. I would have rated it higher if it wasn’t so greasy and floppy. It tasted good but it was an overwhelming amount of grease and oil, even for a pepperoni. The crust had a nice crisp to it.

Nice, light crust. Lots of bubbles and some char. Very little flop, mainly from the oils from the pepperonis. Also not a heavy pizza. Very good. My wife’s gluten free crust was as good as it could be. She gave it an 8.5.

Average of 3 reviews 6.8. Pies could use more char and more crisp. No flop which was perfect! Triple Pepperoni was greasy. Sauce is tasteful and thick.

Excellent Margarita Pie. Wood fired oven with Pecan wood. Sweet sauce

Fireside is one of my favorite places to get pizza in DFW. It’s Neapolitan style, which seems to be the only style they’ve really figured out how to get right down here. Agree with Prez that this style is not the best and the ceiling is in the low 7’s. That being said, this is a very good Neapolitan wood-fire pizza. Great crisp on the crust and it holds up well with toppings. Sauce is very solid and all of the cheeses and toppings are high quality. Also a cool spot with great cocktails. This is the definition of date pizza! Standard is 7.2 for Neapolitan but like I said this is very good so I’m going 7.5.

Great crust, a touch greasy, the Prosciutto/Arugula is really good too!

Really good sauce on this pizza. Crust is a little bit too tough for me. Like crispy but you have to pull it, but the toppings are fresh and great!
