The lady friend & I got a large cheese pizza with grilled chicken on the top. Flatbread pizza Co cuts your pizza into 16ths (I think) which makes the size of slices vary from paper thin to a bowl of oatmeal thick. Fun to eat🤤

Very impressed! I know I cheated. It’s not cheese! But the server had a cute liberal arts confidence in her recommendation, so I went with it! Crust very light and crisp! Very good! My highest rating yet!

The best part was the crispy crust... but do you really want that to be the star of your pizza? I like thin slice but the center was so soggy I ended up flopping it up and eating it like a sandwich. Great environment and probably the best pizza you’ll get in town. A bit oily but the flavor was a solid “good”.

Place is awesome and has a huge wood fire oven in the middle of the room. Pizza very light. Not too crispy, should’ve been cooked longer. Decent tasting but a little greasy. Wish the cheese had more flavor. Better than average, not great.

Great crisp on the crust, very floppy. Excellent tang on the sauce, not a heavy pizza. Really awesome herbs on the cheese. A little greasy, but overall a great pizza. Teetering between a 7.9 and an 8.1 but I think the extra crisp on the crust tips it into the 8 category.

Split a traditional pepperoni and a sausage & eggplant and both were unbelievable. Thin crust wood-fire style that would be right up Dave’s alley! Everything made in house with a great atmosphere.

Overall not a bad slice. Crust was full of flavor but a little undercooked for my liking. Cheese was on point, a little oily and sauce was just a tad watery.

Probably one of the coolest pizza places ever. Big wood-fire oven, plenty of space, great location. Best part about the pizza was the crust. Lite, flaky, crispy, wood fired, a little bit of flop, everything I want in a crust. Unfortunately, the rest of the pizza left something to be desired. It might be that it’s a lite pizza that the other ingredients don’t overwhelm you, but I was disappointed in the sauce and cheese and, as you can see, pizza was a little oily. Overall, I was disappointed by that lack of flavor. Impressed by the crust and the decor.
