Pretty good. Fresh local ingredients and crispy crust.

Great crust, little flop, fresh sauce, weird cutting mechanism

Fairly bland taste, crust very light. I should have had it cooked more because it was not crispy.

All fresh local ingredients. Staff is great. Salads are incredible. Pizza is top notch.

Impressed my wife and I with the flatbread style and the cheese is super fresh and flavorful. Good crust, should’ve requested it to be crispier since there was a little flop, but overall it’s a solid pie.

Alright Frankie, this has to be one of the top spots in Maui. Came here on our honeymoon after the Road to Hana. Not a long wait and the pizza was amazing. I had a simple Sausage and my wife had the pesto. One of my favorite pizzas I have had in my life

Great great Pizza! Sauce is great. Has a nice twang, ONLY reason i didn’t go into the 8’s is because it had way too much flop. Also, highly recommend adding the Kalua Pork to your pizza

If you’re into funky toppings/ingredients, this place is great. I had the Kalua Pork pizza with a bbq based sauce, and it was delicious. For me, the bread and butter of pizza is a pepperoni pizza (pictured here). Crust was good but WAY too much flop. Cheese and sauce were just okay, average in every sense of the word. Nothing over the top. Great atmosphere and I’d definitely recommend a stop in after a long day on the Road to Hana.

Flatbread Company has a very good, thin and crunchy crust. With delicious toppings that have great flavoring. We had two large pizzas, one being the pepperoni & mushroom, and the other was the Mopsy’s Kalua Pork. The Pep was a pretty good pepperoni pizza, not a must have, but it was good. However, the Mopsy is a MUST have. It is everything Maui.

Very delicious pie. Very thin but the flavor was amazing. Wood fired goodness. 8.6

I like this restaurant. It’s a cool spot that does a good job of sourcing locally and giving back to the community. And if you love funky toppings like kalua pork, sweet potatoes, strawberries, and barbecue sauce on your pizza then it will be your jam. But if we’re talking about the gold medal slice...crust, sauce and cheese...flatbread doesn’t have good pizza. The crust is by far the best part of the slice. Tons of flop and chewy. It helps a lot if you ask them to cut it like a normal pizza so you can fold the slices. But the rest...tastes like skim milk cheese and diet tomato sauce, which it may be since it’s in Paia. Sauce is just off. Too sweet, no tang. And the cheese lacks flavor. Come here, but don’t expect a good traditional slice. And have dessert. The lilikoi cheesecake is great.
