American Flatbread

Sausage, Crisp and almost pie cut. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. Wonderful tasting sausage, Woodfire crust. Didn’t think there was any pizza in Maine Worth eating. By the way my wife loved the gluten-free pie. She said the best crust ever in that space.

Good thin crust pie. Don’t let the “Flatbread” name scare you, it’s pizza, it’s round and thin crust

Very crispy and thin pizza. Crust is crunchy but had a little chew to it. Cheese has good flavor and sauce is a little sweet.

Jay's Heart is the classic cheese pizza at Flatbread. Always an 8 or higher. The Carne and Veggie specials change weekly and are always made from locally sourced, farm fresh ingredients. Best pizza in Maine. Come get some, Portnoy.

Great pizza. Ordered the Jay’s Heart, which is pepperoni and cheese. Very sauce, almost sweet. Wood fired so a little soft in the middle. Would definitely visit again. Note for those with kids... instead of crayons, opt for the pizza dough. The kids loved playing with it before the food came.
