Very crispy and thin pizza. Crust is crunchy but had a little chew to it. Cheese has good flavor and sauce is a little sweet.

The cheese pizza here is called a “Jays Heart”. Best pizza I’ve had in midcoast Maine hands down. Light, crispy, crust. Sauce is tasty and they use the perfect amount of cheese. Absolutely loved it. Highly recommended.

Jay's Heart is the classic cheese pizza at Flatbread. Always an 8 or higher. The Carne and Veggie specials change weekly and are always made from locally sourced, farm fresh ingredients. Best pizza in Maine. Come get some, Portnoy.

Great pizza. Ordered the Jay’s Heart, which is pepperoni and cheese. Very sauce, almost sweet. Wood fired so a little soft in the middle. Would definitely visit again. Note for those with kids... instead of crayons, opt for the pizza dough. The kids loved playing with it before the food came.
