I had Flippers pizza over 15 years ago in Kissimmee and I don't remember it being real good, but it was a long time ago.
1. This location just opened about 3 months ago. Very nice and clean with a friendly efficient staff.
2. I asked I'd they sell slices but they don't. I asked for the smallest possible plain cheese pizza, and when I looked at my receipt, it was listed as a kids pizza, 9 inch.
3. They really put out there the fact they use the freshest ingredients along with freshly made dough. It said brick oven but there was the typical looking NY style deck ovens. The guy said that there are actually bricks on the bottom part of the oven??
4. Overall I thought it was real good.
The score I gave is a chain scale, not a mom and pop style rating.
