Flour Dust Pizza

Very thin. A little soft and floppy at the very middle, but good crisp. (May have been in the box too long). Pepperoni was super good and had the right spicyness. Ingredients taste super fresh too. Little light in the sauce but not a bad thing. Almost a neopolitan pepperoni style.

Very light Neapolitan pizza. Quality ingredients, nice char. Very good pizza, very busy place should get reservations had a long wait to get seated.

nice crisp good undercarriage good flavorable sauce it did hit the box as my order was pick up but for now this is beat pizza I've had in Roseville

Cooked to perfection. Great crips on the crust and the undercarriage is phenomenal. Great friendly staff, highly recommend for a date night!

Great Neapolitan pizza is nearly impossible to find outside of Naples. I wouldn’t call this pizza authentically Neapolitan, it’s too crispy and isn’t saucy enough, but it tastes good and the ingredients are fresh. It’s also most likely the best woodfire style pizza in the Sacramento area.

This has to been some the best Neopolitan in my area. I tried the pepperoni last week and it was incredible but I also wanted to the Margherita. Now I can't decide which one I like more. Ordered them both extra crispy and they came out perfect. Had some wonderful char to the under carriage and very little flop.

Excellent Naples style pizza! Can't find better customer service!

From the first look I totally thought this was going to be a 8.1 or above type pizza as the reviews show, however mine was slightly burnt and my wife’s was really burnt. Upon first bite it was obvious they were very stingy with the ingredients and it barely had anything on it and was insanely thin. Definitely not worth $20 for a personal pizza. My wife’s was even worse 4.7 for hers. Blaze is significantly better for half the cost.

Love their pizza, and love that they will sell you their pizza crust dough, which is one of the best crusts I’ve ever had.

This 9.5 score is no rookie score. Flour Dust Pizza is absolutely amazing - perfect crust, sauce, cheese. You’ll want to try all of the pizzas offered here. Can’t forget to mention how great Mano and team are working to make the best pizza.

Asked for the pepperoni a little extra well done. Perfect blend of fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, basil and parmesan on top. Overall probably the best pizza place in Roseville.
