Flour Girl and Flame

Crust holds up not because it’s cooked well but because the dough is incredibly dense. So much that a bite of the crust is like taking a bite of play-doh. Too dense to eat. Cheese is good, pepperoni tastes good, could’ve done without a honey drizzle. No crunch on the crust at all.
