Delicious! I think this review was a little harsh being that it was my first. But I’m doing this on a portnoy scale so I think this is what he would rate it. My first bite was a 8.5 with all of the mozzarella but that was all the cheese so the rest was mostly sauce. Crust was a bit thin and I prefer a larger crust. This was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! I’m expecting the east coast pizza to be better, but this seems hard to beat, but I’m still rating it a 6.7 because I’ve only ever tried the chain restaurants and I’m expecting there to be better out there. I don’t want to make the same mistake as Dave and rate it too high so I had to restrain myself leading me to my score of 6.7. Keep it up flour+water!
