Thin and heavy flop. Not much chew to the crust. Flavors were good. Sauce did not stand out.

Slices were small but still flopped. No crisp on the undercarriage. Crust had some crisp and was really fresh dough. Sauce and cheese were good.

A taste of Naples. Brick oven Naples style pizza. We had arugula and prosciutto. Very good. Florida pizza has come a long way.
