Folino's Pizza, Shelburne

Severely uncooked. On the looks scale, 7.9. On the taste scale, 3.4 averaged out to a 5.1. Crust was doughy, sauce was decent. Maybe this needed a couple more minutes in the oven. Stomach hurt for a while after eating only two slices.

Very nice crisp crunch, incredible flavor on their signature slice with Mozz, pepperoni and candies Jalapeños

North Jersey guy rating this pizza. Dave has to try this if he’s in the area. This thin crust pizza easily rivals Nellies/ kinchlys in NJ

Crispy. Strong sauce. Not cheesy enough. Kids liked the sauce and even ate the crust.

Lot of Shelburne Flop. A little burned as well. Quality pizza but nothing to write home about.

Great New Haven style ah-beetz. Great taste, great flavor. As a CT native, this thin crust apizza is definitely up there. Impressed.

Good margarita pizza sauce is pretty tangy crust has a nice crisp

I got a half cheese half pepperoni and while the dough was nice and light with a decent crisp to it, the sauce was lacking in flavor. The pizza also wasn't very big for nearly $20 and would have a hard time feeding two people. The restaurant also wouldn't do half of one pizza and half of another, unless it was half pepperoni half cheese, so that's what I got. Seems kind of like a weird rule considering I'm giving them my money. Other than that the place was nice with outdoor seating under a tent with nice string lights.

If your looking for thin crust, this is your spot. We got the buff chick and meatball Parma. Both very good, buff chick was a little better.

Sauce has no taste. Wood fire pizza, good toppings. Not bad just average.
