Alright Frankie, Pizza review time. Horrible flop and undercarriage. Pizza is way too crispy. For a restaurant that brands itself as an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria I’m very disappointed. The shredded mozzarella taste like it came from a bag bought at Safeway. The dough is charred. The basil is just “ok”. The sauce is the only saving grace; it’s slightly sweet and has decent tang. Overall, horrible pie.

This is the 20th best pizzeria in Washington state on a website I found, same site as Mom and Pops, which was the best by far to this point, so here it goes. Not excited that their cheese pizza is a six cheese pizza with one of the cheeses being Gorgonzola. I like Gorgonzola on salads, not sure about pizza but let’s see. Right off the bat the Gorgonzola is too prominent and give the za a funky flavor. The dough isn’t aged but has the best crisp so far. It doesn’t taste like the used salt and has the consistency of French bread. The sauce tastes like plain canned tomatoes, no oregano or anything. I’m not a fan, sauce, strike one. Dough, strike two. Cheese, strike three. This is a toppings vessel and that’s all. 4.2 and I’m being generous.

Ordered it well done, crisp, but it turned out doughy and tough. Sauce is good but otherwise little flavor.

The pizza bite are like fancy hot pocket, def recommend! Some bomb pizza and Italian sodas

Fondies is amazing! Some of the best pizza around this area, hands down! Great crust, slight char, no flop, and the cheese with sauce mix is phenomenal! 8.3 any day!

Good pizza overall! I ordered the crust a bit more well done after reading other reviews and I’m glad I did. Cheese and sauce had good tang and balance.

Neapolitan-esque. Quality of cheese could use some help. Crust is slightly too thick for this style of pizza. Kind of dry. Solid effort but could improve.
