I keep wanting to call this place “2C-B.” Maybe it is because this pie leaves me in a deep euphoric state and pure ecstasy. I absolutely love Roman Pinsa; but this was next level, as it was cooked closer to a Detroit. Same airy light crust, but super cracker crisp corners. It was loaded with cheese; but somehow as it congealed, the flavor enhanced. With each bite, it just kept getting better. I did not understand. Maybe I actually was drugged :) Hip spot and would definitely love to return to try more of the menu.
