Last one of 2020. Great cheese, sauce, and dough. Nice crisp on the undercarriage. Off the main strip it's the best spot in the area. Happy New Years everyone and to a better 2021 🍾

Didn’t take a pick. Really great pizza. A little to much grease otherwise it was excellent.

Handsome brick oven but it’s heated by gas. There’s a bit of wood for smoke. Pizza is sloppy, owing to a thin (but tasty) sauce and a heavy hand with the olive oil. Great rise on the crust. Beautiful zebra striping on bottom. Beats most local strip mall pies but not memorable. Would like to try the margherita and grade again someday.

All of the individual components are pretty well done. The cheese has nice flavor, the sauce is very fresh (almost to the point of being too watery), and the crust has superb char and chew. That said, the construction is a tad lacking. Aside from my preference of fresh basil post-bake, everything else was a bit sloppy, which detracted from both the overall flavor and mouth-feel. That said, still one of the better Rockland pies.

Margherita ain’t fair toss a personal pie and run. Gorgeous. Unfair. Loose top crisp bottom. What else can a guy want.
