Formula Brewing

Just looking at the picture, you can tell that this pizza is not happening. Everything about this pie is wrong. It’s no wonder it’s attached to a brewery. You have to drink a lot of beer to eat this pizza.

It’s good enough to drink their delicious beers with, needs more crisp, lotta flop.

Picture got deleted but it doesn’t even matter. I am guessing that the previous reviews were all Washingtonians. 4.7 is a generous score. Pizza is super doughy, no crisp at all. Cheese to sauce ratio is so off. Way too much cheese and way too little sauce. This pizza isn’t good. As a proud New Yorker on a search for a good pizza in Washington I’m disappointed to find yet another shitty pizza. 22 fucking dollars. Ridiculous . That’s a review

Toppings for dayzzz. Always upgrade to the smoke show if you have the chance. BBQ, pulled pork, jalapeños, pineapple, bacon, and hot sauce. Major flop but when the toppings weigh a pound it makes sense. Not overly crispy but the crust has a bite and the sweet and spicy make it all worth it.

Half the pizza was slightly undercooked, but crust, cheese, and toppings were good. Plus they don’t charge extra for additional toppings!
