Pizza Review
First time there, I ordered their standard: the Margherita Del Re pizza with San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and basil. When I opened the box, my first impression was “wow” - thin crust, just the right ratio of sauce to cheese; and some charring on the crust. The cheese was good, but the sauce was rather bland and thin. It was fresh, but if it was a little thicker and had some extra spices, that would have taken it over the top. Also, for as much charring as you see on the crust, the bottom of the pizza could have been a little crispier. Overall, not a bad pizza, but with a few tweaks it would have been fantastic.
