I wish I can give it a 9... amazing ingredients: sauce cheese dough. Great taste and one of my favorite crusts, not too soft not too crisp. A little fluffy. But it faces the same problem most neopolitan pies do; the center is all floppy & droopy. Next time I come, I'll be asking for it well done to see if that helps
