Fortify Pizza & Burger Bar

In town from Orlando with my gf’s family, got this pizza and a beer to save me from my misery. Crust is crispy but slightly chewy, sauce is rich and sweet, and cheese/pepperoni are awesome. Great slice for any occasion

The small town of Clayton has a gem of a pizza place. There is a little char flavor. The crunch, cheese and sauce is fantastic.

I have recently been to Italy and had pizza there and this is as Italian as it gets. The pizza and the atmosphere makes this a must if you are ever in the area. Just a head up the pepperoni is a tad on the spicy side and very greasy. I will probably not get the pepperoni next time.

Very floppy and under carriage was not anything to write home about: please note, you can’t order a half pizza with one topping and the other half with another. It’s all or nothing. Pizza wasn’t not full cooked and greasy. Kinda tourist trap pizza. Wings were even worse.

Mix between Neapolitan and thin crust. It’s not bad and has fresh ingredients. It could definitely be cooked longer, lots of flop.

Good taste, very greasy and floppy… but overall good

If I got it well done it would be in the 8s. Very unique flavors and it was good I would come back again for sure.

This particular pie just didn’t do it for me. Very greasy and had a lot of flop. I love a good char on my crust, but this one didn’t have the best taste. Not my favorite, but definitely not the worst I’ve had either.

Neopolitan style but superb pie! Great sauce, excellent crust, and awesome flavor. Honestly one of the best pies I’ve had in GA!

Venison Pizza: It’s good, the meat was lean with a lot of flavor. Three different cheeses really made the pizza stand out hold it’s own, crust was fluffy and crisp. Little burnt, but even that was good. Bambi should be proud his dad gave his life for this pizza.
