Grew up in New Haven CT and came to know great pizza. This qualifies. Smokey crust. Tasty, sweet dough. Quality toppings. Fortina is the best pizza is Stamford and better than most New Haven spots. The exception are Sally’s, Pepe’s, and Modern.

Delivery took way too long and box was ice cold. I was ready to trash this review but I can’t. It’s very good Neapolitan pizza. Chewy — quality ingredients. I was happy to eat it cold.

A tasty little neopolitan pie. I’m pretty partial to New Haven pizza, so this isn’t my preferred style, but nothing to sneeze at

Whoever set the price at damn near $18 for basically a personal pizza should be ARRESTED! They must have thought I asked for a white pie cause there was less than an ounce of sauce on this dough with melted cheese. Not hard to guess their secret ingredient is oregano cause that’s all I could taste. The crust tasted burnt but wasn’t crispy. The cheese wasn’t great either. A total waste of money and massive disappointment. Their specialty pizzas actually looked pretty good, maybe regular cheese just isn’t their game.

This place gets a lot of hype from the locals. Right off the bat, I can say that this is a boojie style pizza. Not something where you go to grab a quick slice with the boys. I’ll be honest, I was expecting more. They come off as a high class pizza that is $$ but it’s over valued. It’s thin which I like, crust has a char, But it wasn’t that crispy for some reason. Small pie for the price and feel like I can eat another whole pie. Also, wayyyy over seasoned with oregano. Overall not too impressed given the talk of the town.

Decent

Good solid cheese pizza. Sweet sauce and well done crust. Would/ Will eat again.
