Average pizza at best. Still some of the better you can find in Dallas but it’s slightly below average on a tri state scale

First time trying New Haven style, it was delicious . I got both the Pepperoni and the Meatzilla, I definitely preferred the flavor of the pepperoni more but was probably a bit too charred for me, the Meatzilla wasn’t as charred but the taste didn’t hit like the Pepperoni. Take a lil char off the Pepperoni and I’ll go 8.7 but for now gotta go 8.2

Best pizza I’ve tried in DFW. But it was too salty for my taste.

First time having this style of pizza. Great flavor, great crust, no flop. Everything is perfect but because it’s the first time having this style, I’ll stay right at an 8.0.

Easy 9.1 - gasp! Terrific pizza! Perfect crisp, great undercarriage, and ZERO FLOP. The cheese was amazing, but the tomato pie is what sent it over the top for me. Tomato pie to die for! Must hit pizza place if you are in Texas. Drove up from Houston and it was worth it!

Absolutely zero flop. Super crispy. Great sauce. Not the biggest pecorino fan but still a very good pizza.

Honest pizza review here… Coulda just been an off night, coulda been a lot of things. Not an 8.1. Great crust, good cheese, but not enough sauce. Couldn’t finish a slice it was too dry, and random bits of dry crust rose up in the middle of the slice. Still appreciated the pie, very good elements, but poor execution, and again, could’ve been a bad night.

This is the first time I’ve ever liked a cheese slice over pepperoni. Nice chewy crust with salty cheese. Easily one of the best slices I’ve ever had!

It's over a 9 if on a Texas scale. As someone who grew up near New Haven, this is a solid representation of apizza. Pepperoni was better than the cheese, but the cheese was still very good. Annoying that they wouldn't do split pizzas and do 1/2 and 1/2. Our waiter told us it was "a hill the chef would die on". New Haven does 1/2 and 1/2. Oh well. Other than that, cool spot and excellent pizza.

You’ll want to read the entire review! So first impressions: place is big and good atmosphere, so far so good. Then i get to the hostess, she’s not pleasant and took her a long time to get seated, to be fair, it was Friday around 5:15p. I finally order their Pepperoni 12’ after some time, the pizza arrives and i see it has plenty of char burns, which im not a fan of. Now! Dave likes this style of pizza, Im not a fan, so take that in consideration, that’s just not my thing. Couldn’t get a real sense of the sauce and i felt it could have used a bit more cheese. No flop! At all! Crust was charred as you can see in the pic, so it was not enjoyable for me, felt a bit tough, i like my crust to be softer. Ok so, about 2/3s of the pizza in, i get up to use the restroom, when i come back, the diligent bus-boy has piled up my table including pizza with tableware on top, im not even done with it! I told the guy i was still enjoying my pizza, and felt a bit frustrated, it took me one minute to go and come back, i sat right next to the bathrooms. The waiter sees this and comes over to apologize (I appreciated that), then soon after the restaurant manager comes over and i felt the sincerity in her apology and tells me she took care of my tab and offers to bake me a new pie, she didn’t have to do that so I thanked her. This is where i have to separate the pizza score from the restaurant and experience. They handled the situation like a 5 star, Michelin restaurant would, quick, sincere and with prompt proper resolution, that was above my expectations, they deserve praise and i do appreciate how they handled it: a 10/10. Now the pizza! I have to score the pie on its own, and i ,as i said earlier, maybe new haven style pizza is just not my thing! Dave is very particular about how he likes his pizza, and he gave it a high score. All that said, I drove 45 minutes to this place and felt the pie was overrated, but the establishment felt like a great family oriented joint. I would recommend visiting for the experience at least once.

Exactly what I was looking for and what was expected, this pizza lived up to the hype and was worth the 1 hour drive in my opinion. Zero flop, beautiful undercarriage, great flavor

The pizza is absolutely incredible. The crust was perfectly crisp—every bite had that satisfying crunch—and the undercarriage held up like a champ. The cheese and sauce had amazing flavor, rich and melty without overpowering the rest. Everything about it hit just right. A total win.

Too greasy, undercarriage was okay but there was considerable flop. Sauce and cheese had a good flavor. Crust was probably the best part. It's a good place to go to for pizza, certainly a different take on pizza.

Undercarriage was not crispy, a bit too chewy. Crust was good, flavor wasn’t amazing.

We drove 1.5 hours to try this pizza (across the Metroplex). Crust was a little too charred (couldn’t eat it). But the cheese was quality, sauce was on point and the undercarriage was decent (not crispy). Liked the saltiness of the pizza. All in all, glad we drove to try it. However, Garlic Knots were amazing, Caesar salad was ok and the wings were crispy and meaty like I like them. Lastly, the service was amazing, these guys really enjoyed their work and served us the way they would want to be served, always on point!

The cheese was delicious, definitely the best pizza I’ve tried in the area. Was on the fence with this one, I think on a great day with the right person back there it could be an 8.1 but this particular pie scores a 7.9. If you’re in the garland area try it.

Solid pie, New Haven style and crispy crust, I would like a little more sauce but solid pizza if your in the area, can't go wrong getting a pie here with a drink and enjoying life
