A near perfect pizza. The crust is super thin, but with an almost croissant type flakey layering that is crisp and phenomenal. The cheese is fresh and flavorful with a perfect sauce. The ratio of crust cheese and sauce is perfect. Love the taste. Pic is a cheese pizza my kids wanted to properly rate the pizza. I had the half sausage and it was fantastic. My wife had pepperoni green pepper and onion on the other half. She said it was the best pizza. Which is high praise as she calls me and my three boys pizza snobs for having favorite pizza joints.

I’d give the pizza a 7.7 but I deducted some because almost the whole menu was wildly overpriced. Tavern style, not great in general. This had more flavor than others I’ve tried. Showed a decent crust, cracker thing, etc.

Some glitches preventing video reviews from being uploaded. That’s why I’m posting a screenshot. Pizza looks messy but taste great. Sauce toppings, and then cheese. Great sauce super crispy crust. If you don’t have good sausage in Chicago, you’ve already gone out of business. I’m going flat eight.

Quintessential example of Chicago thinny-thin. Solid all-round, sauce has bit of spice/kick (in a good way). Tavern style folks will dig this place (seating inside for 200+ btw).

Wow, what a great pie. The crust is cracker thin, but has a great crunch. Perfect for a Chicago Tavern style. The ingredients had lots of flavor and balance well. I’d recommend ordering up a size though as it’s not as filling as other pizzas. Overall a fantastic pizza in the Orland/Palos Area.

From the east coast but have lived in Chicago for 10 years. Typically don’t like pub style/thin crust because it’s like eating a cracker pizza. Not here! Crust is thin but flavorful and very consistent. Now my favorite place in Chicagoland.

This is a 4 person review averaged out. (7.8, 8.1, 8.2,8.3) Based on what I just ate versus previous times eating here. Slightly over cooked. The cheese side had very little sauce. The pepperoni side had more sauce. Great crispy crust. Worth a 30 minute drive.

For anyone that rates this above a 7 would be slapped in the face by the prez himself. Good crisp but no sauce or flavor to the sauce. Greasy on the cheese, just a basic thin crust pizza. Wouldn't travel for it, but wouldn't deny it.
