Fox's Pizza Den

This review is for Aslin Brewing Company in the Strip District. At first I thought this pizza was pretty good, but then more I ate it the more I hated the texture. There was something pasty about the cheese. It almost tasted like there was a layer of ricotta cheese under the mozzarella. Other than that the pizza was pretty good, but that was a tough thing to overlook.
