Fralo's

Beautiful hand tossed dough, just the perfect amount of char and crisp, a smooth combination of sharp cheese and tangy sauce works oh so well. This pizza just looks old, robust, and full of character, and I mean that in a best way possible. Like a fine wine that has aged gracefully. One of the best crusts I've had in a pizza. My only critique is I wish it had a tad bit more sauce, if it did, this pizza would have been a high 8 for sure, as it would have been a perfect balance to the char and crispiness and crunch of the crust. Fralos, 8.1 that's the review.
