Franco Di Roma

Flavor is fantastic. There is some flop. To me, it is a bit chewy, but I know some prefer the resistance. I speculate Dave to give it a 6.8 (solid pizza). Overall a good pie.

Excellent plain slice, thin but not charred crust, perfect texture and crunch, more cheese than sauce, ingredients fresh & well balanced!

If I’m being honest I think this place could be a 9 or above. The potential is there. Cheese was great.. Maybe a tad grassy but nothing abnormal. Pretty good sauce and better than most in area for crust. I give it a solid 8.1

Great to be back in NY. Great crust, chewy but in a good way, sauce has flavor. Really solid pizza.

Good crust, really light, with good flavor. Definitely up there with one of the better slices in Middletown
