Franconi's Pizza

So, I have a new Pizza term because the past 3 days have all had a very common “theme.” I call it “boardwalk crust” and it’s phenomenal. Boardwalk crust is thin crust that is cooked to perfection because it isn’t burnt, but has a little crunch to it. I never recall really experiencing this anywhere except on boardwalk pizza. Neighborhood pizza is a little soft, dare I say negatively soggy, but boardwalk pizza has a crispness that often cannot be duplicated. Anyway, this place had it. 20 guys working there so they were all over me as far as service, cheese was good (both quantity and quality) and really had that positive authentic boardwalk experience. No wonder the seagulls go nuts over this pizza!
