Franco's Pizza

This is mega massive, strip mall football pizza: soft, doughy, heavy & thick…a monster filling pie. Lacking crisp, the dough is fairly soft, slightly floppy, with a decently crunchy crust. Not incredibly tasty, but better than average dough flavor. The cheese is melty and oozy, better than generic taste and texture, but not by much. A notch above standard pizza cheese blends, it’s thick and just tasty enough, but certainly nothing special. The sauce is rather underwhelming; lost in the shuffle of the thick dough and heavy cheese, it just doesn’t measure up. Not particularly sweet and lacking any punch or kick, the sauce is boringly basic with a disappointingly average flavor. More volume and some spice would liven up the sauce significantly. Despite a heavier than normal flow, the grease is somewhat manageable but definitely infiltrates on the flavors of the cheese and sauce. Overall, this is heartily heavy, solid strip mall football pizza. Not a bad pie, not especially great, but it’ll fill you up for sure and satisfy your pizza craving.

The.Real.Deal. The Grandma Slice-everything was great. Light and airy with great sauce. Fresh tomatoes and garlic was delicious. Neapolitan was equally as great. Plus Franco and staff were a riot to talk to.

Great crisp to the crust, cheese and sauce ratio is spot on. About as solid of a cheese slice you’ll find. What took it over the edge was the fancy bad boy next to the regular slices. Not even sure what’s on this, but this is the slice that’ll have me coming back. Cool owners, too. Nice space, but a little hard to find.

Good solid slice. I also recommend trying the deep dish sausage and pepper slice

Very nice thin crust no flop, not greasy nice tasting slice. Slight reduction for a tab bit salty.

Very very crispy but not burnt. I was very excited to eat this slice based off the looks. Perfect cheese- sauce ratio, thickness and undercarriage. However, the sauce does not have the most flavor which leads to a cheese-dominant slice.

Nice crunch, no flop, sauce was good. A little bit more needs to be done on the crust. Solid slice.

It has a good crisp, a little greasy, sauce tasted good, it’s a hefty slice. I’ll definitely order again.

A little greasy, acceptable crisp, little flop, dough is a little on the thick side, but pretty bland. Cheese is also pretty salty. Pizzas come frequently out of the oven, so that's nice. Not a lot of options in the area though, so cant be picky.

I mean it's a quality slice just to much tang in sauce. And not much structure

Thin and the sauce had a solid tang to it but the dough tasted stale as fuck. Couldn't even finish.

2 slices of pepperoni, perfect flop not too much grease, all was well :) Nice family place clean and busy.
