High quality slice. Fair amount of grease, ZERO flop, soft crust. Sal is a genius.

Crust is crispy, but chewy. Sauce is good but could use a little more spices. Good pie but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it.

Great crust. Very little flop. Not a sweet sauce. Plenty of cheese.

The pizza looks delicious. However, it has an odd taste. I can’t put my finger on it. This was my second try.

This is the best pizza i’ve ever had outside of NYC and New Jersey. No doubt about it. The sauce could use just a little work but the dough is nice and crisp, very thin, crunchy and chewy. Cheese was delicious too. The sauce on the plain slice was a little lacking in the flavor department but not much. The swuare was crunchy, buttery, full of air pockets and pillowlike on the layer just beneath the cheese, they top this with sauce thats basil heavy, which i love basil but it may have been slightly too much. Sauce needed more balance. A little too acidic but this pizza in general was amazing and i will most definitely be back.

Great slice. Best in town by far. No flop, sauce has just enough tang to it, and it’s just consistently great every time. Would be in the 8.8-8.9 territory, but I wish there was a little less grease. 8.4 nonetheless.

Impeccable crust, however the sauce and cheese leave more to be desired.

You can taste the authenticity in every bite. 8.1 that’s a review.

One bite everyone knows the rules. Crispy pizza. Good texture. Authentic NYC pizza in Ithaca.

By far the best slice I’ve tried in town but still can’t quite break an 8 cause it’s a little too greasy for my liking, had a steady drip when you fold it. ZERO flop, I had to break the pizza in order to get it to fold and the crust had a solid crunch with doughyness underneath
