Franco's Pizzeria

This is the best pizza i’ve ever had outside of NYC and New Jersey. No doubt about it. The sauce could use just a little work but the dough is nice and crisp, very thin, crunchy and chewy. Cheese was delicious too. The sauce on the plain slice was a little lacking in the flavor department but not much. The swuare was crunchy, buttery, full of air pockets and pillowlike on the layer just beneath the cheese, they top this with sauce thats basil heavy, which i love basil but it may have been slightly too much. Sauce needed more balance. A little too acidic but this pizza in general was amazing and i will most definitely be back.
