Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana

Frank Pepe’s! Not to be confused with the original Frank Pepe’s in New Haven, CT PIZZA CAPITAL OF THE WORLD! That clarified…this pizza was absolutely spectacular. Just take a look at that photo….nah for real, take a look! It’s a thing of beauty! The char, the sauce the cheese…all top notch. The crisp is exactly what I look for in a pizza. There’s plenty of sauce and it has the perfect amount of spice and flavor to it. The flavor of the cheese is fantastic, there’s just a tad too much of it for me. This pie is up there with the best of them! Frank Pepe’s never disappoints! If pizza is calling, and you’re within a 30 minute drive….go here for sure!
