Just look at that bubble. That bubble demonstrates how good this pizza is Frank Pepe is very good and one of my only 9s. Deffinetly the best cheese on a pizza the sauce could use some work but hey if it ain’t broken don’t fix it

Pepe’s is the Perfect New Haven Pizza. The ingredients were fresh, and the staff were welcoming.

A medium pepperoni. Had this the day after Sally’s. Another really good pizza however I prefer Sally’s overall. It’s honestly a win win. I have gone to Frank Pepe several times over my 25 years of traveling for work and I recall it being better back in the day? Tomorrow hitting Modern.

Great Apizza cut. Crust had excellent char and was chewy until the tip. Pepperoni was outstanding and thick. This pie was a little greasy and salty. Had to do a little napkin dabbin. Still outstanding. Too greasy to be a 9. Gotta try a tomato pie next time.

Tangy sauce. Cheese a little sharp. Burned just right. Undercarriage a little floppy but so good.

Original Tomato Pie with Mozzarella Over charred for my liking, cheese…I’ll just say WOW! Loved the cheese! Sauce amazing fresh flavor! I wanted to give a higher score but the crust wouldn’t let me!

Most consistent pizza I've experienced traveling the Northeast corridor. Well worth the trip.. Bring back Salami to the toppings menu

This is my 1st pizza in New Haven and it definitely didn't let me down. The crust was amazing! It was slightly chewing which I loved!!! Good sauce and great cheese. Love it!

Pizza was heavy and doughy yet still had great crunch and flavor on the crust. Sauce flavor was dulled out by the cheese. The parm and cheese on top made it for a super heavy and flavorful bite. Tapped out after 3 slices, super filling. 8.3/10
