There was def some hype and admittedly I was upset I got the pie after it was sitting a bit because I could tell it would’ve been so much better. But I really like the cheese. I could taste a little bit of Parmesan either sprinkled on top or included in their cheese blended. Very good. The crust was nicely charred with a good undercarriage where you had that excess flower coating the fingers. The sauce complimented the pie well because it was not dry at all and had no chewy gum line underneath the cheese. Very good pie.
