Their ingredients are simple, yet outstanding: flavorfully sweet crushed Italian tomatoes, creamy fresh mozzarella, finely grated pecorino Romano cheese, and a dash of olive oil & garlic all baked into a beautifully thin dough and crisped to perfection. There’s a reason many consider New Haven to be one of the top spots for classic, deliciously crispy pizza and Pepe’s is one of the best.
