Pizza Review
Alright, Frankie..not the original Pepe's location but some of the best coal fired pizza in Southeastern, CT. Two pizzas here. One half original tomato/margarita and the other meatball. First off, the meatball pizza will make your mouth water! Tasty, large slices of garlicky, cheesy meatballs, just like grandma used to make. Secondly, the margarita pizza featured fresh basil and mozzarella. The other half was Pepe's original tomato pie w/pecorino romano cheese, crisp crust and crushed tomato sauce. A tradition since 1925.
