Insane timing or he knew we were reviewing his pie. *Crust was rustic and the best part 8.5 in my eyes. *Sauce was 3.0 mild to a point of feeling lack of seasoning or flavor at least. *Cheese 7.0 helped out the sauce, the cheese helped out the sauce, hi ho the derrio the cheese helped the sauce. *Toppings were pepronis 7.0 and I think they doubled up the meat and gave a thicker peproni taste and feel ! Yay for me. And again, helping out the sauce.
