Very good pizza. Fresh ingredients. Nice crust. There's are reason they have been in business since 1925

My favorite pizza. Sauce is amazing, crust is thin with a nice crisp crunch to it. Just the right amount of cheese. Slightly well down to enhance the flavor! Great quality, great price. Love this place!

Great pie ! One of my all time favorites ! Perfect crust, cheese, nice sauce along with the white birch beer.

Delicious. Great dough and especially good sauce. Loved the crust as well.

Pepe’s meatball. Thin, crispy, cheesy. Not New Haven but still good.

The Frank Pepe summer fresh tomato pie is the best pizza on the planet. Crunchy crust, chunks of fresh tomato, hints of fresh basil. Simply spectacular.

The crust, pizza’s most vital component, is to die for: 10.0! Great pie overall... would be in the 9’s with a bit higher sauce to cheese ratio.

Meatball slice is 8.7. White Clam gets bump to 9.1 for originality. It's as good as the New Haven location. Just really great pizza.

Phenomenal. Could be a little thinner but the cheese and sauce are on point. The bubbles are to die for. Sally’s in New Haven tops this though. (Try the clam pizza also!)

Half an hour to just prepare my pizza for the oven, to go order was being bumped for eat in orders complete BS! An hour to make a pizza never again! I knew I should have gone to Johnnies of Mount Vernon.

Solid coal fired slice. Haven’t had the original but this is a good slice. Doesn’t travel well. Gotta eat it “fresh n hot out the oven.”
