Alright....this place is a rare Chicago style pizzeria in the northwest suburbs, but they do more than just deep dish. Thin crust cheese was a little greasy, not quite crispy enough.
Pan pizza goes heavy on the cheese game, and the crust has a solid buttery flavor. Didn’t get a shot at the “real deal” deep dish but we’re here for the gold medal cheese pizza. Leagues above the usual chains, but just a touch or two off real greatness.
