Cheese thick. Sauce spot on. Crust dry.

Very average pizza. Sauce has some flavor. Cheese is thick, in a good way. Not much crunch but no flop. Crust could use some flavor.

When cooked to perfection, like this particular pie, this pizza is extremely good. Cheese is chewy and juicy, sauce is a nice mix of tangy and sweet, and the crust is crispy. Only knock on this place is consistency. Every once in a while you’ll get a pizza that is undercook, which would knock the score down to a 5.8 or so.

Pizza was good, not much flop, cheese was very good and the sauce could have had more tang but overall 6.8
