Roman Da Pizza lover rates Frank's in Houston a 7.2 specially because the crust was crunchy!

Overall great pizza. Very good and tangy sauce. Good ratio of cheese. No flop what so ever. The crust could be a little bit crispier.

The flop was there. The crust lacked the crunch, should’ve let it sit in the oven another 5 minutes. However, a very good pie. Would I write home about it? Probably not. Would I eat it again? Yes

Feels like NYC inside, but the crust is too thick for a NY slice. Still good though.

Pep w/ extra cheese. Decent enough. Not a fan of the doughy, floppy crust.

Great Cheese pizza! Took a before pic but wouldn't let me choose. 😡

Very average slice. It must have been sitting out for a while because it was not hot at all.

Not bad pizza. Less greasy than it appears and a nice crisp to it.

One bite, everybody knows the rules. Revisited Frank’s after trying Roma’s 10 min ago. IMO, Frank’s is better. The crust was perfectly cooked, nice and crisp without being burnt. The sauce had much better flavor than Roma’s and there was more cheese. I think Frank’s is the best slice in Downtown.
